We offer a 30-day return policy for a refund or exchange, but the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

To Qualify For A Refund, All The Following Conditions Must Be Met

1.A return must be requested from our customer service team within 30 days after receiving the product. Please contact support@pulsenexa.com.

2.Returned products must be in the same physical condition as at the time of purchase (not physically broken or damaged).

3.All accessory items and original packaging included with your purchase must be included with your returns.

4.For orders without any quality issues that have expired the 30-day money-back guarantee, refund requests will be rejected.

5.For orders that are not purchased directly through our online stores, please contact retailers for refunds.

To initiate a return, please email us at support@pulsenexa.com to confirm the return address. Returns without prior communication will not be accepted.

Refund Processing Time

Refunds for returned products in good condition will be processed within 2-5 business days after we receive the returned item.

Additional Terms And Conditions

1.Shipping and handling charges, gift wrap fees, and taxes paid (e.g., state, customs, VAT) are not refundable.

2.You are responsible for and must bear all shipping charges and you shall assume all risk of loss or damage to the Product while in transit to PulseNexa.

3.If you return a Product to PulseNexa without all parts (including but not limited to the Product and any documentation related thereto) included in the original package, PulseNexa retains the right to either refuse delivery of such return or charge you a restocking fee of 15% of the original price of the Product or the retail value of the missing accessories, whichever is higher.
