Shipping Locations
We ship our PulseNexa Smart Watch to the continental United States, Europe, and China. Depending on your location, we will select the nearest warehouse to expedite delivery.We primarily use air and land transportation for shipping.

Please note that delivery times are approximate and may vary depending on your location and other factors. We strive to deliver your PulseNexa Watch promptly and with care.
Order Processing Time
After we receive your order, we generally process your order and ship the product within 1-2 working days. Orders placed before 8:00 PM on weekdays will be dispatched the next day. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday are processed on the first working day of the following week.
If we haven’t processed the order in more than 10 working days, we will either give you a refund but not ship it, or arrange for it to ship and compensate you with a $5 coupon.
Shipping Timeout
If the product has not been delivered within 30 calendar days, we will refund or reship your order.
Lost Goods in Transit
In the rare event that your watch is lost or misplaced during transit, we will take full responsibility and offer compensation. You can choose between a refund or a replacement product.
